I believe you've outdone me.<br /><br />But, seriously, it's an interesting idea for us amateur birders. On Labor Day 2012, I found a dead bird that looked to me like one of those confusing Empidonax flycatchers, but I couldn't figure out which one. I respectfully interred it in the compost heap (my usual practice with deceased wildlife), but maybe if I'd saved it in the freezer, someone at Cornell could have identified it?A.
