Very happy for you and your happy robin! (My happy robins are busy mining my garden beds for assorted invertebrates; I trust they're snagging some cutworms and Japanese/June beetle grubs along with the earthworms.)
I also meant to comment earlier on the mourning dove washing its "armpits." I once saw a dove elevating its wings that way in the middle of a dust pile, and was convinced the poor bird was off its rocker till I decided it was probably "anting." Goodness knows I've never itched badly enough to invite the ants in to bite it, but this dove may have been desperate.
