Visa Secret Revealed

Just got my Visa bill, realized I didn't make a payment in January.
So I called the phone number, finally got to say "representative", which brought up a  live person -- her name was Tiffany so we know she was young --
"What can I do for you?"
"Well, I always pay my bill promptly, but it looks like I forgot in January.  There's a late fee and interest here.  Do I really have to pay them?"
"No ma'am you certainly don't.  I'll take those off right now."

I think (never sure about anything these days) that They are legally (?) required by law to give you one free slip-up a year or something like that.
I post this information as a public service.
You're welcome.

  1. HI.

I have also talked my way out of these charges, more than once. It is not a legal requirement, I don't think, rather, since they offer a generic service, they want to keep long-term customers happy. But you can't do it too often. Additional suggestion: can you set up automatic payments from a bank account?? I'll be that this can be done by someone who visits...or even done remotely, given access to your accounts.

  3. Vietnam business visas also come with a validity of less than 6 months or one year however, this requires a prior approval from the immigration department. site
