Take a listen...

Dov  found this on a web site -- I didn't know any of these survived --  I had evidently tailored this talk to a group of Realtors -- it's not very long and I'd like to think you'd heard it so do take a listen.  I used to get paid for these!

    My entire family and I listened to this and laughed - in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I started following your blog while we were in China :) Hello from Ethiopia. Loved the audio.
